In charge / Head BIM Team consisting of BIM Coordinators & Modelers
- Execute the overall project and management strategy of the projects assigned
- Monitor the progress of the project to ensure it is according to planned schedule
- Liaise with Project Manager on BIM/VDC Implementation based on Project Needs and Requirement
- Ongoing review of BIM Project Models, workflows and methodologies to ensure timely delivery of project deliverables
- To lead and drive in BIM/VDC implementation, in line with industry standard and requirement
- Construct 3D model and prepare architectural, structural or M&E shop drawings for submission to the authorities and for construction using BIM software
- Lead and work with BIM Coordinators to ensure progress of modeling, coordination, or BIM requirements are met as per Project’s needs
- Manage process of exchange, collaboration and coordination of BIM data with consultants, contracts and other stakeholders
- Able to integrate and implement VDC concepts according to project’s requirement
- Monitor submission schedule and resolve clash with project team
