We are looking for a Digital & Media Executive to:

- Support Digital Transformation Projects and monitor Digital Performance (BPI Scores, Creative X Scores) to to drive Digital excellence.
- Drive Media Executional Excellence by working closely with the brand and media agency teams on campaign executions. Develop learning agenda to upskill internal brand teams and help drive innovation.
- Coordination with E-Commerce team to develop and deliver media executions that would help drive e-commerce business

**A day in the life of...**:

- Develop, update, and execute local digital strategy in alignment with global digital roadmap (including social media and crisis management)
- Monitor and improve Digital Performance of the key metrics measured globally. This would include SEM, YouTube, and Social BPI Scores, Content Hub Usage, and Creative X Scores.
- Develop and execute the e-business (not E-commerce) Roadmap in collaboration with the E-Commerce team and cross functional team for Nestle Singapore.
- Drive Digital and Media (including Traditional) strategies for respective brands; manage digital campaigns for key brands.
- Help manage agency to ensure delivery of all that is part of scope (monthly competitive scans, bi-annual business reviews, annual planning, etc.)
- Delivery and execution of digital best practices and frameworks (via training, online sharing platforms etc) and ensuring digital alignment and compliance from DSU.

**What will make you successful**:

- Basic knowledge of CMS interfaces, analytical solutions
- Good knowledge of Digital trends, usage and effectiveness of Digital Media (Display, Social, Mobile, Video etc) and understanding the role and how to integrate Digital Media in through the line campaigns
- Good data interpretation and presentation skills
- Degree/Diploma in Mass Communication, major in Advertising / Marketing an added advantage
- At least 2-4 years working experience in handling media campaigns and digital marketing
- Experience in Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) industry an added advantage
