**Guidelines & Job Description**

You are meticulous, have a strategic mindset, the ability to suggest ideas based on customer insights and also an exceptional passion for both the floral and service industry.
- Arrange gifts, flowers and hampers to the standard required
- Handle customer requests, orders and queries through multiple communication channels
- Manage ordering of flowers & keeping track of other inventory needs
- Submitting flower orders to delivery team
- Ensure the cleanliness, tidiness, safety and security of the production workspace
- Prior experience not required, but would be a plus

**Requirements**:

- Takes responsibility and ownership of their work
- Self-starter who takes initiative to overcome roadblocks
- Ability to work and adapt in a fast-paced, ever changing environment
- Enjoy learning new things and picks up new skills quickly
- A sense of curiosity and not shying away from asking questions
- Is resourceful and has a knack for solving problems with agility
- Good communication skills
- High attention to detail, logical and analytical

**Company description**

We are situated between Bishan and Marymount.

**Salary**: $1,600.00 - $2,200.00 per month
