JR41551 Intern - Finance

This position reports to Senior Financial Analysis in Central Finance and is a key contributing member to help develop meaningful financial analysis and metrics. The intern will also provide analysis to establish standard work (scope, sequence & timing), based on best practices, and identify areas for continuous improvement.

The intern will work closely with finance leaders and operations to:

- Support automating current manual processes by creating SQL queries and PowerBI dashboards
- Analyze financial performance and suggest improvements to current processes, reporting models and analysis
- Advising on topics related to the financial performance and control.
- Monitor the financial reporting and performance measurement, analyse variances, to ensure accuracy, timeliness and effectiveness of financial information.
- Support with process documentation
- Any other assigned activities by the BackEnd Senior Finance Manager
