Your Core Responsibilities:
As a Math Tutor at Epsilon Education, you'll:
Deliver engaging A-Level H2 Math lessons using our Epsilon PACE method
Break down complex concepts into digestible chunks that students can easily understand
Provide personalized guidance through our structured learning system
Offer mentorship and consultations to help students overcome learning challenges
Track student progress and adjust teaching strategies to maximize improvement
Participate in regular teacher meetings to align on teaching methods and student needs
Contribute to our ongoing development of teaching materials and methodologies
What We're Looking For:
**Required Skills**:
Strong grasp of Singapore GCE A-Level H2 Math curriculum
Excellent communication skills to explain complex concepts clearly
Ability to adapt teaching style to different learning needs
Passion for helping students achieve academic breakthroughs
**Experience**:
A good university degree (preferably in STEM fields and/or NIE training)
At least 1 year of experience teaching Singapore GCE A-Level H2 Math
Demonstrated success in improving student outcomes
Personal Qualities:
Patient and empathetic approach to student challenges
Enthusiasm for mathematics and education
Strong classroom management skills
Growth mindset and willingness to continuously improve
Work Schedule:
Full-time position with evening and weekend availability required
Classes typically run Mon-Fri (4pm-9pm) and weekends (9am-6pm)
Flexible scheduling within these timeframes
Additional hours during exam periods and holiday crash courses
