As a client advisor assistant, you deliver superior client experience through understanding, anticipating, and executing client’s transactions and providing excellent administrative and organizational support to the client advisors.

**Responsibilities**:

- To assist the Relationship Manager in daily administrative and transaction work.
- Provide prompt and accurate processing of clients’ banking and investment transactions. Activities include and is not limited to account onboarding and static maintenance, asset transfers, deposit and loan processing, track and manage document deficiencies as well as attending to client’s queries.
- To work closely with the relevant stakeholders to resolve any client inquiries or issues.
- Documentation support as required by the business, ensuring adherence to standard regulations and internal policies.
- Ability to multi-task and carry out any other duties assigned by the superior.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Banking and Finance/ Accounting/ relevant field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing, client-oriented environment or in a similar capacity.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin to liaise effectively with mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
