**Position :Admin Assistant (INVOICE/CUSTOMER SERVICE)**:
- **Location : Henderson Road**:
- **Working hours : 5 days work week, Monday - Friday : 8am - 5pm**:
- **Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3000 + AWS + Transport allowance**:
- **Duration : Permanent**:
- **Industry : Undergarment - Japan MNC**
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Answering phone call
- Preparation of Tax invoices and other documents
- Update customer database if there’s changes
- Support CMS/IT when it requires (without experience)
- Manage the stationery
- Support warehousing when it requires
- Manage the online order packing
- Ad-hoc duties
**Requirements**:
- Min GCE ‘N/O/ITE’ level
- Min 1 years’ related experience
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel & Word)
- **Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications only**
