**Roles & Responsibilities**
**Job Descriptions**
- Support in-house systems and basic database management
- Assist IT Manager in day to day IT operations;
- Provide software and hardware implementation and usage support for IT product and services;
- Join pre-sales meeting with sales team for product and services introduction;
- Provide users/customers training on equipment usage;
- System Process improvement and implementation;
- Support management of IT inventory;
- Evaluate IT products and assist in IT procurement where required;
- Ensure IT Security and audit protocols are in place;
- Work closely with IT teams worldwide in implementing global and regional initiatives, solving production issues and administrative matters.
**Job Requirements**
- System implementation, project management, electronic engineering experience will be advantage
- At least 3 years of working experience in related fields
- Hands-on experience on Microsoft products is essential
- Proactive, team player, with problem solving skills
- Enjoys interaction with end users and facing challenges
- Exposure to internal and external IT audit and SOX compliance will be an advantage
- Working experience in logistic industry will be an advantage
- Working experience in in-house systems support and basic database management will be an advantage
