**Role Overview**

If you have excellent standardized test scores, did well in university, and are passionate about education, you would be a good fit for this role. Ideally you should also have experience in tutoring Math, English, or Science, and an excellent understanding of common admissions tests, such as the SAT, ACT, UCAT, or BMAT.

Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for this role. You should also enjoy working with young individuals and be flexible enough to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced team environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct group test preparation courses (including SAT, ACT, UCAT, and BMAT preparation courses) that run throughout the year
- Collaborate with other teachers to continually refine and develop comprehensive teaching content and lesson plans
- Conduct tuition sessions with individual students, covering key exam topics, problem-solving methodologies, and long-term preparation strategies to guide them towards achieving their target scores
- Maintain reasonable levels of communication with students and parents, and review and update parents on student progress
- Deliver effective and seamless student experiences across various technology platforms, including e-learning and administrative systems, as well as online and hybrid classrooms

**Requirements**:

- Scored 90thpercentile or above for any admissions tests such as SAT / ACT / UCAT / BMAT, or be able to achieve an equivalent score in an internal assessment
- Degree from a reputable local or overseas university
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Passionate about education — experience with teaching or curriculum development would be advantageous
- Ability to work independently and reliably in a small, fast paced team environment
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- All experience levels are welcome
