**Responsibilities**
- Create solutions that delight customers, abstracting the complexity
- Design, build and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code
- Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems
- Ensure excellent code quality, and automation.
- Solve high severity production issues on a priority

**Skills**:
**Skills Required**:

- Minimum 3+ years of experience in building Products, Frameworks & REST API’s using Java and Spring Boot is mandatory
- Strong working experience in microservices with API first development approach
- Strong understanding of design patterns & principles, and best practices in Java
- Working experience with Swagger (Open API Spec), OAuth, JWT, REST, JSON etc.,
- Understanding of microservice design patterns & architecture, Application Integration & Messaging, Security
- Working experience with Kafka, Kubernetes, Containers, RabbitMQ and Istio is a plus
- Working experience with Reactive/Functional Programming is highly desirable
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
- Familiarity with build tools such as Maven and Gradle
- Familiarity with continuous integration
