**Responsibilities**:
- Operate and maintain digital projection and sound equipment
- Maintain a clean and safe projection area
- Ensure smooth running of presentations and troubleshoot technical problems if any
- Support Customer Service team during the peak or as and when needed
**Requirements**:
- Able to work on rotating shifts and on a 6-days work week including weekends and PHs
- Independent and good team player
- Fully COVID-19 vaccinated
