Goodpack is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented **Tax Analyst **to support global tax compliance and tax accounting. Reporting directly to the Head of Tax at our Singapore HQ.

**KEY RESPONSIBLITIES:
**Tax Compliance**
- Work with external service providers and/or finance teams on direct and indirect tax compliance engagements for Oceania and Asia.
- Monitor/track the Group entities’ tax returns (corporate, GST, VAT, etc.) and their deadlines to ensure that they are submitted on a timely basis. Maintain a database of tax documents of the same.
- Support rotational tax health checks.
- Identify/mitigate potential risk areas and prepare audit defense support.
- Assist on tax queries/litigations from tax authorities and tax incentive milestone reporting.

**Transfer Pricing (“TP”)**
- Assist to set-up the calculation methodology for intercompany service fees and co-ordinate with cross functional teams such as finance/shared service centre to implement the processes and documentation required.
- Manage TP documentation and policy updates for the Group entities including collation of information/data.

**Tax accounting**
- Manage the tax reporting requirements for the Group entities including review of current tax and deferred tax provision calculations as well as tax disclosure requirements in support of statutory financial audit
- Prepare/review tax provision true-up calculations upon submission of tax returns

**Tax advisory support**
- Research on international tax issues and business partner with internal stakeholders from Operations, finance, legal etc on tax led projects and other business/finance projects.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy/Tax or Professional qualification
- At least 3-5 years’ working experience with major accounting firms and/or corporations
- Strong analytical skills, self-motivation and results oriented
- Able to work independently and be a self-starter
- Meticulous, organized, detailed and deadline-oriented
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Hands on SAP experience is a plus.
