**About the Role**

**Responsibilities**
- Define and implement QA best practices, standards, and processes across the engineering team.
- Manage, mentor, and grow a team of QA engineers to support ongoing product development.
- Work closely with developers, product managers, and DevOps to ensure test coverage and smooth releases.
- Own the QA strategy including test planning, test execution, and defect tracking.Drive initiatives to shift testing left and integrate quality into the CI/CD pipeline.

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years of experience in QA engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
- Strong knowledge of test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright) and frameworks.
- Experience in designing and implementing test plans, test cases, and automation scripts.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar.
- Proficiency in scripting or programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Java.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and QA processes.Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
