【The Company】

MAY Planning was founded in 2015. We are an IT and business consulting firm having offices in Japan(Tokyo, Osaka), Hong Kong, and Singapore and are especially good at user-based support like implementation planning, requirement definition, and project management of ERP systems in IT. For business, we are providing consulting services to support Japanese clients expanding their business to Southeast Asia.

There is a shortage of IT engineers in Japan. Even if you have less experience in IT-related fields, you would also have a chance of career enhancement using your Japanese language skills and working experience.

【About The Job】

We are looking for full-time IT Consultant to join our expanding team. Your mission is to provide a seamless technology solution to our clients anywhere in the world (mostly Japanese clients). You will handle different projects and present complete solutions to our clients with your probing, listening and presentation skills. We are here to provide solutions to help our client's business step forward.

【Responsibilities】
- ERP implementation including requirement analysis, system configuration, testing, and user training
- Provide support and maintenance services to clients
- May require handling project management and providing a wide range of solutions in the future as a senior consultant

【Requirements】
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in IT software or related fields, OR minimum 3 years working experience in any fields (*any preparations for joining IT fields is a MUST)
- Detailed and Passionate about IT service and technology
- Conversation level in Japanese and business level in English is a MUST.
- Strong Japanese communication and presentation skills would be an advantage.
- Experience of Consulting role in ERP system is a PLUS (e.g. SAP/ Salesforce/ Oracle/Dynamics/ FlexSystem etc...)
- Any experience in IT-related fields or programming experience would be an advantage.
- Good command of verbal and written Chinese would be a plus, but not a must.
- Good communication skills, self-motivated and customer-oriented.
- Mature, independent, innovative, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure
- Possess a proactive attitude and is able to be a good team player
- Proficient in Japanese Language (spoken & written) with the level of JLPT N2 or its equivalent as there will be frequent communication with stakeholders & headquarters in Japan.

【Working Location】
- Home office
- May require business trip to Tokyo, working onsite at clients’ office in Southeast Asia, or long-stay in Japan in the future
