**Roles & Responsibilities**

**Essential Duties/Principal Responsibilities**:

- Allocate equipment, tools and equipment, inclusive of dangerous goods and lead the material handling activities in the region.
- Work with Project Managers to understand project needs, schedules and risks;
- Prioritize the availability of resources versus client demands to facilitate efficient schedules for equipment.
- Support all shipping, receiving, inventory and material handling functions both physically and systemically.
- Support regional processing of quote requests and shipping requests with regional offices, custom brokers as well as our 3PL Partners and Freight Forwarders
- Prepare international shipping documentation timely and accurately and ensure shipment is packaged appropriately.
- Identify and ship dangerous goods with appropriate labels and DG certificate where applicable and according to current IATA regulations.
- Proactively update shipment status, ship dates, and ETA between project stakeholders including project managers, field managers, local service managers, and warehouse staff as needed.
- Anticipate challenges, resolve issues, and escalate conflicts quickly to ensure On-Time delivery of all shipments
- Support the Tool Readiness efforts with Operations.
- Assist and contribute to the setup of a local inventory to support replenishment needs and spare parts and later directly manage this inventory and be responsible for its organization and accuracy.
- Analyze project forecasts and make recommendations to leadership to optimize appropriate equipment inventory levels.
- Organize and prepare reports and dashboards on resource status as per Resources Manager request or need.
- Continually look for and bring forward operational improvements.
- Maintain a safe and orderly working environment through workplace organization best practices.

**Work Requirements**:

- Minimum a NITEC in Logistics / Operations / Supply Chain or equivalent.
- Must possess Materials & Inventory Management experience.
- Able to use Microsoft Suite.
- Good communication skills and customer service centric.
- Meticulous and great team player.
- Able to work in fast-paced environment
- Able to prioritize and multitask
- Independent and problem-solving
- Possessing AX Dynamics experience is an added advantage

**Physical Requirements**:

- Position requires frequent use of hands to manipulate equipment, tools, type on a keyboard and move objects.
- Regular walking, standing, sitting, twisting, kneeling and lifting of items up to **50** lbs
- Moving pallets via hand pallet jack will be required.
- Visual acuteness necessary to read information from computer monitor, spreadsheets, shipping records and other documents.

**Work Environment**:

- Office: Standard office equipment; work usually performed in an office setting free from any disagreeable elements.
- Periodic visits to the field may be required to better understand the equipment and its function.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $1,800.00 - $3,200.00 per month
