Vending Technician

We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Vending Technician to join our growing team. This role is essential to ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our smart vending machines in Johor Bahru and Singapore. You’ll be responsible for both technical maintenance and operational support — from installing and servicing machines to managing supplies and coordinating with key partners.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Technical & Operational Duties**
- Assist in delivery, installation and set up new vending machines at customer locations
- Perform routine servicing, cleaning, and restocking of machines to ensure optimal performance and hygiene standards
- Troubleshoot machine faults and complete repairs in a timely and professional manner
- Conduct regular system checks to prevent downtime and machine-related issues

**Administrative Support**
- Update inventory records for goods, spare parts, and consumables
- Assist in procurement planning for machine supplies and maintenance tools
- Maintain accurate logs of servicing, repairs, and machine usage

**Stakeholder Coordination**
- Liaise with gym partners, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Schedule and coordinate machine servicing with mínimal disruption to gym operations

**Work location**: On the road (Singapore and Johor Bahru)

**Job details**
- Full time or Part time
- Preference to start immediately
- Monday to Saturday (5.5 work days)
- Salary range: SGD 1,700 to 1,900 (Full time)
- Transport allowance: SGD 200 a month

**Requirements**:

- Must have own motorcycle and be willing to travel between locations
- Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or related field (preferred)
- Prior experience with vending machines or similar equipment is an advantage
- Strong problem-solving and hands-on technical skills
- Basic computer skills including Google drive, Google sheets and data entry
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Technician
