DESIGNATION : Social Worker (Youth Service)

RESPONSIBILITIES
The roles & responsibilities of the social worker would include but are not limited to the following:

- Conduct triage assessment of youths who have offended
- Provide casework and counselling interventions for youths at risk and their families.
- Plan and conduct group work to support youths to adopt a crime-free lifestyles and to be more engaged in the community.
- Engage in community work to build an ecosystem of assets and resources.
- Engagement and advocate with systems and stakeholders in the community.
- Strategize and coordinate interventions to support beneficiaries.
- Assist with company projects or report submissions.
- Carry out any other duties as assigned by HOD/supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor in Social Work.
- No prior work experience required for new entrants to social work.
- Strong analytical skills with the capability to identify and solve complex problems in a timely, efficient manner.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills that enable seamless collaboration with diverse groups.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to listen actively, articulate ideas concisely and collaborate effectively with team members.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to travel to various locations to meet youths and families for sessions.
- Passionate about uplifting vulnerable individuals and building thriving communities.
