The IT department develops, maintains and manages the products and technologies to drive various CRM and Loyalty solutions for its clients. Currently, we have requirements in the IT department for an experienced Technical Project Manager (TPM).

The (TPM) is responsible for providing technical project planning, management and oversight for key initiatives and implementation of projects, ensuring first that these are closely aligned with PRMMS objectives and strategic priorities. It is the responsibility of the TPM to ensure that these projects are completed on-time, within scope and budget and with an extremely high quality of deliverables.

The TPM will ensure the optimum mix of cost, schedule, performance, and system supportability throughout the life cycle (design, development, testing and evaluation, production and disposition) of each program.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams and interact with all levels
- Defines project scope, deliverables, roles and responsibilities in collaboration with stakeholders and business partners
- Provide process improvement recommendations based on best practices and industry standards
- Work with technical delivery team to diagnose and resolve technical issues
- Demonstrates flexible and efficient time management
- Able to work under pre-agreed timeline and maintaining high-quality standards
- Continually maintains knowledge of best practices in Web Development
- Works from written specifications and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job and maintains documentation of process flow.
- Manages and appropriately escalates delivery impediments, risks, issues, and associated changes.
- Resolves conflicts by demonstrating leadership and appropriate decision-making competencies.

**Requirements**:
**General**
- Bachelor’s degree or above in computer science or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally
- Minimum 5-7 years of related work experience.
- Proven record of accomplishment in working and managing large projects with multiple developers, testers and architects.
- Previous remotely professional experience is a plus.

**Skills and Knowledge**
- Possess analytical and problem solving.
- Proficient in Microsoft ASP.net web form, C#, Microsoft SQL Server, Crystal Report, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Entity Framework, WCF, Bootstrap and JQuery.
- A knowledge in Content Management System (CMS) will be an advantage.
- Good understanding and hands-on experience in OOP techniques and methodologies using C#, coding of a separated, multi-layers (data layer, business layer, and user interface layer, etc.) architecture.
- Understanding and experience on and Cloud computing (IAAS, PAAS, SAAS) is a plus.
- Organized, self-motivated, energetic, customer-driven, confident and assertive, accountable and have initiative.
- Willing to communicate and work constructively within a collaborative team in an international environment.
- A good team player.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $6,000.00 - $8,000.00 per month
