Direct KLA’s Singapore/Asia policies and objectives involving local, provincial, and national government relations. Maintain and nurture relationships with government entities, universities, institutes, and relevant trade associations. Drive KLA’s efforts throughout Asia to obtain government funded incentives, grants and other vehicles to support KLA’s growth in the region. Represent KLA at all appropriate industry meetings, forums and conferences. Assist in the establishment of corporate strategies, policies and plans, which align with government laws, regulations and standards. Lead the analysis of proposed legislative actions, determine the potential impact on the organization and develop appropriate responses. Monitor legislative and regulatory activities and promote our corporate market position.

**Minimum Qualifications**

Doctorate (Academic) Degree and related work experience of 3 years; Master's Level Degree and related work experience of 6 years; Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 8 years
