**TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIREMENT**

Testing and commissioning of 400/220/132/110/66/33/11/0.415kV substation, Switchgears, Captive

power plant & Independent power plant up to 660 MW.

Testing and Commissioning of Generator Transformer, power transformer, Unit transformer and

station transformer.

Testing and Commissioning of GIS, Especially ABB(66kV), SEIMENS(22kV, 132kV, and 220kV),

HYOSUNG(66kV & 132kV) and GE(400kV,220kV & 66kV).

RTCC panel scheme checking and OLTC operation.

Testing and Commissioning of Auto Transformer.

Testing and commissioning of control & relay panel for Transformer, Bus Coupler, Bus-Transfer, Line

feeder & bus bar panels.

Testing of Induction motors, Reactors, CT, VT, CVT, circuit breakers, LA, Disconnector (Isolator) and UG

cables.

Knowledge of all Differential Protection such as Power Transformer, Generator Transformer, reactor,

generator, motor, HT Cable, Bus bar and REF sensitivity & stability test.

Testing and Commissioning Of LT & HT (11kV, 3.3kV, 6.6kV) Motors.

Handling Control and Protection Schemes up to 400 kV Grid Sub Station.

Operation, Maintenance and trouble shooting of Power Plants and sub-stations.

Testing and Commissioning of HT (33kV, 11kV, 6.6kV, 3.3kV, 0.415kV) ABB, Siemens, L&T, Schneider,

GE & BHEL Switchgear Panel’s.

TAN DELTA test for bushings and windings. DCRM and Dew point measurements.

Testing of auto changeover and parallel operations up to 66kV Switchgear panels.

Testing and commissioning of all LT panels Like PMCC, PCC and MCC

Retro Fitting jobs in Switchyard, power plants and Sub stations.

Relay Co-ordination Studies for low Voltage.

Preparation of Cable Schedule for all Substations.

Protection relay testing of Directional and non-directional over current, Earth fault,

Transformer differential & REF, cable differential protection, Induction motor protection etc.

Testing and Commissioning of Motor Operated Valves.

Testing of HT Cables, Isolated phase bus Ducts, Segregated Phase Bus Ducts.

As built drawings submission and all site activity to satisfy the customer.

Able to Modifying all the As Built Control Scheme Diagrams of Switchgears as well as Switchyard as per

customer requirement.

Omicron Relay test Kit - CMC 256, 356.

Freja 300 relay test kit, Sverker (760,780), ISA, Sudharsan 1 ph injection.

Tan delta kit
- Megger Delta - 4310, Doble, Eltel and Omicron.

Breaker timing
- Scope kit, EGIL Programma CB Analyzer, CB Analyzer Omicron CIBANO

CRM-100, 200, DCRM- Scope Kit, Megger kit, Megger CT Analyzer(MRCT).

Omicron CT Analyzer, Omicron CPC 100, CIBANO CB Analyzer, VOTANO VT Analyzer.

Odan - primary injection kit, Oil Break down voltage test kit.

SFRA Test Kit
- Omicron FRANEO-800 and Megger FRAX-99.

DILO- SF6 GAS Analyzer.
