**The Team**:
You will be part of the Experience team. The Experience team believes in innovating and pushing the boundaries of experience design. They research, review, iterate and develop meaningful interactions between the client’s product and its intended users. The team is made up of Researchers, Digital Project Managers, UX Designers, UI Designers and Developers.

**The Role**

As the Senior Product Strategist, you will work closely with the Experience Leads (Business / Creative). You should have experience in translating human motivation and behaviours into efficient and functional product plans (that will materialise into effective products). You need to be able to understand complex brand nuances, intricate human interactions and convey it in the most authentic and innovative manner possible. You will lead in proposals to tackle new problems in new platforms and cultivate new business pipelines. You are open to learning about new industries and connecting them to relevant digital technologies.

**Job Description and Responsibilities**:

- **Strategic input**
- Lead the strategic process within an integrated client team
- Ability to contribute to the work, from concept to completion, with an understanding of the design, technical and business effects associated with user-centered and data-driven strategic recommendations
- Develop product concepts and roadmaps and artefacts for stakeholders
- Partner with clients to understand business objectives, user behaviors, and product vision
- Present approaches and recommendations in a compelling way to our teams and clients

**Business development**
- Work with leads to materialise new business opportunities in the pipeline
- Research, conceptualise, scope and present proposals that speak to the client’s needs and objectives; conduct follow ups
- Comfortable with presentation skills
- Consult and identify client gaps to develop and plan new product initiatives
- Plan client approach and use a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate effectively
- Build strong consulting and strategic trust with clients
- Push boundaries to explore and identify growth opportunities for agency's portfolio and specialised offerings

**Design thinking**
- Partner with researchers to conduct research, user-testing activities and workshop with stakeholders to produce meaningful and insights to guide the user experience.

**Understanding in Technology**
- Experience with user testing tools, to conduct research and determine informed insights to guide the refinement of digital products and experiences
- Familiarity with current and emerging technologies

**Requirements**:
You sweat the details, are careful in planning and are bold in communication. You prefer rolling your sleeves up and getting your hands dirty to fix the problem.
- A minimum of 6-8 years of demonstrated experience in product strategy, design thinking, business development, or in delivering web or mobile projects
- Experience in a client-facing role, with good verbal, presentation and written communication skills to enhance discussion and liaison within teams
- To lead the detailed proposal from strategy, design to process planning
- Experience working closely with creative and technical partners
- Familiarity with current and emerging technologies
- A team player with excellent time management skills

**Good to have**:

- Knowledge of UX/UI principles
- Knowledge of software development life cycle
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
