需要资历
一、学历要求
本科及以上学历，教育学、心理学、师范类相关专业优先。
部分重点中学或高校可能要求硕士及以上学历。
二、专业背景
熟悉教育政策、课程标准和教学管理流程。
有一定的学科教学经验，最好在所任学科有突出成绩。
三、工作经验
通常要求 5年以上一线教学经验，并有班主任或年级组长、教研组长等管理经验。
有教学管理、课程研发、教师培训或教研经验更佳。
曾获优秀教师、优秀班主任、教学成果奖等荣誉优先。
四、能力素质
管理能力：能够统筹教学工作，协调教师与学生资源。
沟通协调：善于与校长、教师、学生和家长沟通，处理矛盾与问题。
领导力：有组织团队教研、推动教师发展的能力。
教学研究能力：能设计、优化课程和推动教学改革。
