**Job Description**:
**We are seeking a Lead Creative Marketing Artist to spearhead the branding and marketing of our new and existing games. This dynamic role requires a visionary leader with a passion for gaming or iGaming, capable of crafting compelling marketing art, producing eye-catching video snippets and trailers, building and maintaining an engaging webpage, and driving social media campaigns to attract both new and existing audiences. Reporting to the Creative Director (CD) and working closely with the Creative Leader (CL), you will lead the creation of visually stunning posters, Instagram posts, promotional videos, and other assets, while collaborating on innovative campaigns to elevate our studio’s brand and market presence. If you’re a power player with a knack for making games irresistible, we want you to drive our creative marketing efforts**

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the creation of high-vision marketing art (e.g., key visuals, posters, social media assets) to brand and promote new and existing games, making them appealing to diverse audiences.
- Produce quick, arresting video snippets and trailers for social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok) and conventions to capture attention and drive engagement.
- Design, build, and maintain an engaging, user-friendly webpage for the studio in collaboration with the Creative Director, ensuring regular updates to reflect new games and campaigns.
- Develop and execute a consistent stream of attractive promotional content, including Instagram posts, social media graphics, and videos, to boost game visibility and engagement.
- Collaborate closely with the Creative Leader to understand game narratives and create cohesive branding and marketing campaigns that amplify the studio’s reach and appeal.
- Take initiative to conceptualize and execute marketing strategies that attract players who may or may not know our games, driving interest and sales potential.
- Leverage AI-powered tools to streamline the creation of marketing assets, videos, and workflows, ensuring efficiency within tight timelines.
- Work with cross-functional teams (designers, developers, and marketing) to align marketing art and videos with game aesthetics and project goals.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to ensure our branding, videos, and marketing remain innovative and competitive.

What We’re Looking For:

- Essential Qualifications:

- Proven Experience: 4+ years in gaming, iGaming, or a related creative industry, with a portfolio showcasing high-quality marketing art, promotional videos, and branding campaigns.
- Video Production Skills: Demonstrated ability to create quick, arresting video snippets or trailers for social media or events, designed to capture attention and engage audiences.
- Creative Leadership: Ability to lead and take charge of marketing initiatives, independently conceptualizing and executing visually compelling assets and videos that drive engagement.
- Artistic Expertise: Strong background in digital art and design, with expertise in color theory, composition, and visual storytelling tailored for marketing.
- Marketing & Branding Acumen: Proven ability to create campaigns that appeal to broad audiences, with a knack for making niche products (e.g., games) widely attractive.
- AI Adaptability: Openness to using AI tools to enhance efficiency in creating marketing assets, videos, and managing workflows.
- Collaboration & Communication: Exceptional team player with strong communication skills, able to work closely with the Creative Director, Creative Leader, and cross-functional teams.
- Time Management: Proven ability to deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines while managing multiple campaigns, video production, and webpage updates.
