**Responsibilities**
- Sustain and improve daily operations in the Chemical Mechanical Processing (CMP) Module to meet goals.
- Lead trouble-shooting & problem solving in Factory operations floor.
- Drive CMP consumables improvement for defect reduction & better cost of ownership.
- Implement SPC improvement & early fault detection systems.
- Drive innovation in factory automation, processes and systems to improve productivity.
- Work closely with integration & product engineering team to drive towards zero defect.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Chemical/Electrical & Electronics/Materials/Mechanical/Microelectronics/Physics or equivalent
- Min 2 years of relevant working experience in CMP module will be advantage
- Highly motivated & strong team player
- Possesses good communication and interpersonal skills
- Quality 1st mindset & strong analytical, problem solving skills
