**Job Title**: Speech Therapist (Paediatric Focus)

**Location**: Kembangan

**Employment Type**: Full-time (Weekend availability preferred; working hours can be discussed)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in children.
- Develop individualized therapy plans tailored to the unique needs of each child.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and educators, to provide comprehensive care.
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting therapy plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Educate and guide families and caregivers in techniques to support therapy goals at home.
- Participate in case reviews, team meetings, and professional development activities.
- Ensure compliance with local healthcare regulations and maintain AHPC licensure.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Speech Therapy or related field.
- Licensed by the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC) in Singapore.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a paediatric setting, with a focus on children with special needs.
- Strong understanding of communication disorders, developmental delays, and therapeutic approaches for children.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and their families.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Weekend availability preferred, though working hours can be flexible and discussed during the interview process.

- Passion for working with children with special needs.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying updated with the latest speech therapy techniques and research.
- Experience with alternative communication methods (e.g., AAC devices) is a plus.
- Able to work on either weekend day will be preferred.
