Senior Manager, Student Recruitment

Singapore Nanyang Institute of Management Full time

Develop and implement marketing and business development strategies to achieve assigned sales target.
- Identify high growth areas and expand brand identity in China and beyond.
- Recruit, train and establish good working relation with agents for student recruitment.
- Establish partnership with educatio institution / colleges overseas.
- Participate in local and overseas exhibitions, open houses, road shows for agent/student recruitment.
- Work closely with other department stakeholders to support, implement and execute the student recruitment plans.
- Provide administrative and operation support to the Vice-President of Student Recruitment & Admissions as and when needed.

**Job Requirements**
- Diploma/Bachelor degree qualification, preferably with at least 5 years of relevant working experience in international education industry.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, communication skills and strong creativity
- Fluency in both speaking English and Chinese language is preferred, but not necessary.

Salary Package: Salary + Commission.
