As the Quality Assurance Lead, you will participate in the development of Affyn’s flagship title (and more), contributing ideas, crafting feature pitches, balancing designs and providing design support for other aspects of development.

**Responsibilities**
- Supporting product development wherever testing is involved, from sprint planning to UAT
- Implementing industry-standard QA procedures for Affyn’s marketplace product
- Creating and documentation of test cases for Affyn’s marketplace product
- Checking and verification of features and expected behaviours
- Pressure-testing the product to identify edge cases
- Work closely with developers and vendors on QA matters
- Timely communication (replying to queries, raise red flags/risks)
- Promoting a Quality-first culture in the team

**Skills and Requirements**
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in QA, preferably with experience in leading a small QA team and/or working with outsourced QA teams
- Experience with online marketplace / e-commerce products that span desktop and mobile
- Experience with blockchain-related projects is a strong plus
- Good analytical and communication skills
- Takes pride in the quality of work you deliver
- A willingness to learn new ideas and skills
- Proficient in Office suite software (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and project management software such as Jira, Confluence.
- Knowledge of test management software or frameworks

**Having these are a plus**
- Knowledge in the Play-and-Earn, NFT or blockchain industry
- Passion for playing all kinds of mobile games, especially casual to mid-core genres
