IT Executive

Working Days/Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm

**Salary**: Up to $3800 (AWS & Variable Bonus)
Location: Changi Business Park

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide daily IT support, addressing and resolving IT issues and requests within Horiba Southeast Asia Countries.
- Acquire, set up, back up, and maintain servers, networks, computers, mobile devices, software, and cloud services locally and remotely.
- Ensure compliance with security policies and regulations.
- Maintain records of IT hardware, software, inventory, service, and IT-related contracts and documentation.
- Support global and local IT projects and collaborate with relevant stakeholders.
- Communicate and collaborate with third-party suppliers, ISPs, and other relevant parties.
- Undertake any additional tasks assigned by the Regional IT Manager and management.

**Requirements**:
**- Hold at least a Diploma in Computer Science or a related IT discipline.**
**- Possess a minimum of 2 years of working experience in IT-related roles.**
- Hands-on experience with VMWare environments.
- Proficient in Windows and Linux server administration, including Linux and PowerShell commands.
- Competent in configuring Cisco Switch using the command line in a multi-VLAN environment.
- Strong knowledge of IT Security Management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 products, such as Teams, SharePoint, etc.
- Familiarity with SAP is advantageous.

**- Willingness to travel on short notice.**
**- Available for after-hours duties when required.**
