**Job Scope**:

- The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall supply chain organization and management.
- The role involves material sourcing, planning, procurement, inventory and logistics management and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
- Establish Supply Chain strategy with executive management and define / execute all tactical actions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform sourcing and procurement of materials and goods both locally and overseas.
- Plan, manage, analysis and coordinate all activities related to the procurement of necessary materials.
- Build, qualify and manage suppliers / vendors as partners to deliver optimum results (price, lead time, cost and quality) with suppliers/ vendors.
- Performance improvement activities for cost and delivery lead time.
- Manage and track stock to ensure optimal inventory levels to meet customer demand and lead time.
- Liaise with Engineering & R&D team to achieve efficient manufacturability, standardization, as well quality (0 defect) from suppliers / vendors.
- Other coordination and analyze matters to ensure an efficient supply chain management.
- Maximize the use of all resources, including IT and database maintenance for tracking all tools.
- Prepare and submit status and performance reports.
- Manage and growth her / his department accordingly.

**Job Requirements**:

- Degree in Business, Engineering, or Supply Chain preferred.
- At least 2 years of supply chain (procurement/ planning) work experience in a Manufacturing environment.
- Good experience in fabrication and equipment of tool shop.
- Proficiency in Excel, ERP and data management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Result-orientated, organized, meticulous with good problem-solving skills, resourceful with high initiative, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $3,500.00 - $5,800.00 per month
