Accounting Coordinator - Senior (AP)

(Temp 3 to 6 mths)
- Report to Accountant - Senior
- Closing of AP modules
- Preparation of balance sheet items schedules like other payables schedules, bank recons, inter-co schedules etc
- Preparation of Daily Cash Report, weekly AP analysis to HQ

Key Responsibilities
- Handle accounts payables transactions.
- Handle staff expenses claims transactions.
- Responsible for trade payables, inter-company, bank & hire purchase. etc revaluation.
- Prepare balance sheet items schedules like other payables schedules, bank recons, inter-co schedule etc.
- Accruals entries for invoices not received from vendors.
- Maintain fixed assets register and pass monthly journal entries for depreciation etc.
- Prepare monthly input tax file for monthly / quarterly GST/BAS returns purposes.
- Pass journal entries for fixed deposit income, GIRO payment for Hire Purchase, amortisation of prepaid insurance / others, inter-company accruals/ revaluation etc.

Experience/Skills Required
- LCCI Diploma in accounting
- At least 3 years of working experience in AP
- Ability to meet deadlines set
- Good communication skills
- Able to prioritize, organize and maintain workloads
