**The Asia Pacific region currently includes Australia, New Zealand, Vietnam, Sri Lanka and Singapore, with approximately 1900 employees.
We have two (2) newly created roles for experienced **WMS Onboarding Analysts **to join our Asia Pacific IT team, based in Singapore (2 Mandai Link). The role will report to our Director, WMS & Integration, Asia Pacific (also based in Singapore). The primary purpose of the role is to manage customer onboarding and enhancements across the region.

**Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Work with Business Teams to ensure onboarding timelines and targets are achieved
- Ensure customer requests are translated clearly into actionable and tangible functional and technical requirements
- Manage vendors in an offshore environment to ensure that development work is delivered according to scope and budget
- Participate in ideation of business solutions with Operations, BD and Sales
- Represent the IT function in Strategic Customer Conversations by way of participating in customer meetings (where applicable)
- Work with Regional Corporate Applications Team to ensure Corporate Users are well supported on their needs and business requirements
- Represent the APAC IT function with stakeholders across the Asia Pacific region. Be the IT Business Partner for Lineage's operations across Asia Pacific.

**To be successful, you will have:
- Approximately 10 years of relevant experience
- Qualifications in IT or related disciplines
- Experience in Warehouse Management, Supply Chain, Logistics or Transportation Industry is highly advantageous
- Knowledge of warehouse / logistics processes is advantageous
- Experience in translating operations business requirements into functional and technical processes
- Experience in the implementation of enterprise grade supply chain solutions with distributed footprint
- Experience in incident and problem management in the warehouse/logistics solution space
- Prior experience in managing distributed project and development teams across multiple countries
- Ability to travel internationally approximately 30% to 40% of the time
- Strong communication, time management, problem solving and stakeholder management skills
- A self starter who is able to work autonomously in ambiguous environments
