We are a charity and Institute of Public Character (IPC) striving to enable and support persons with special needs. We believe that every child should have access to therapy, making therapy available to those from low-income families who may not be able to otherwise afford intervention. We adopt an ecosystem approach towards enabling and empowering children and youth with special needs to live independently, be work ready, work able and sustain employment. This is achieved by providing a holistic support, engaging and involving caregivers in the process.

The Fundraising Manager will oversee and execute our charity’s fundraising efforts to ensure therapy and caregiver programmes are affordable for low-income families and that the charity’s daily operations, projects and programmes geared towards supporting the special needs community are sustainable.

**Responsibilities**
- Working with Management to identify funding needs and direction before developing relevant programmes and campaigns
- Review, plan and execute innovative fundraising initiatives such as specific campaigns and special events to support fundraising efforts and meet fundraising targets
- Strategise and outreach to individuals, corporates and foundations to build and manage pipeline of existing and future donors
- Conduct research, data mining and analysis for donor projects and presentations
- Donor Management - maintaining and updating records, proactively seeking out and building relationships with existing donors through consistent, sustained and valuable engagement to maintain donor loyalty and conversion
- Prepare donor reports, appeals, and impact updates to internal and external stakeholders
- Marketing and PR Tasks
- Any other projects as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree/professional degree in related field
- Strong project management skills
- High standard of numeracy and budgeting skills
- Good written, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Proven experience and track record in fundraising and ability to achieve financial targets
- Creative and proactive approach to work, especially in digital engagements
- Able to be adaptable and flexible in juggling multiple projects and work under pressure
