Internal Audit and Risk Control team is missioned to be an independent and trusted gatekeeper and advisor through providing objective assurance, comprehensive evaluation, and proactively innovative consultancy on global employees integrity, business risk management and controls to protect and maximize organizational value for the Company, its investors, and stakeholders. We are now looking for data analysts in Singapore/Los Angeles/London who will power our mission with data engineering, data analytics and data science technology.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Conduct data mining on the key businesses concerned by the Internal Audit and Risk Control side, and build a risk-related label and portrait system for personnel, enterprises, content, transactions and other objects;
3. Participate in the deployment, testing, online and subsequent iterations of the machine learning model in the construction of the internal data system of the department;
5. Backed by ByteDance's powerful mid-platform architecture and product system, it quickly landed a data solution under the internal audit risk control business line.
2. 3+ years of project experience in big data mining and machine learning, experience in risk control data mining and modeling in large Internet companies is preferred, and in-depth research experience in the following fields is preferred:
(1) The analysis and mining of behavior data and the construction of personnel portraits;
(2) Data mining experience related to risk control in various vertical fields (financial credit investigation, games, tourism, real estate, etc.);
(3) Application of Knowledge Graph Correlation Algorithm.
3. Familiar with the principles, applicable ranges, scripts and common tools of commonly used data analytics and mining technologies and machine learning algorithms, proficient in at least 2 or more languages in SQL/Python/R/SAS, and familiar with commonly used data statistics and analysis methods;
4. have good logical thinking ability, the ability to quickly learn and understand business operations, and excellent ability to combine technology and business.
