**Job Responsibilities:
**1. Innovations**
- Resourceful and able to tap/work out innovative solutions adopting new technologies for our care and processes.
- Assist to collaborate with all stakeholders to develop IT strategies and innovations
- Assist and lead IT projects from conception to delivery

**2. Improvements and compliance**
- In service processes and IT-enabled solutions.
- In IT risk management, threats, and cybersecurity including PDPA.
- Assist in audits, capacity, and redundancy planning as well as planning and execution of business continuity plans.
- Engage stakeholders to ensure operational security and compliance.

**3. Day-to-day tasks**
- Providing IT helpdesk support to users, ensuring all required services are delivered and closed out timely.
- Responsible for installation and maintenance of IT hardware & software in accordance with the Home requirements

**Education & Competencies**
- Diploma or Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology, or related fields of study
- At least 5 years of IT experience in supporting IT infrastructure and innovations in SMEs, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Well-versed with IT security planning & operations and a strong foundation in networking concepts & principles.
- Experience in deployment, support, and managing mainstream industry solutions (HPE Aruba, Fortinet)
