Singapore Benjamin Barker Full time

Lead the ideation, creation and implementation of effective seasonal marketing concepts and campaign ideas to build the Benjamin Barker brand
- Work closely with Chief Fashion Designer and Creative team to support in the development of creative campaigns, content and activations for the Benjamin Barker brand

What you will be doing
- Developing strategic creative campaigns to help achieve business results
- Creating fresh and compelling messaging and content for fashion to inform, educate and excite the followers
- Ensuring that content is aligned with business strategy, reinforce brand positioning, provide value-added content that is suited to customer’s needs as well as interests and are delivered effectively to targeted audiences
- Supporting integrated marketing and communications across a variety of channels and vehicles
- external, PR, social, web and digital
- Collaborating across teams to develop key messages for campaigns, social media platforms and content syndication including fashion trends, fashion know how, dressing tips and customer satisfaction stories
- Collaborating with different stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of strategic marketing plans including defining success criteria, measuring the effectiveness of initiatives, and reporting on results

Job Requirements:

- Diploma in Film, Graphic Design, Fashion Marketing or Creative Production
- You have at least 3 years of prior experience in a similar role
- You have a good knowledge of various aspects of creative production, including brand marketing, content creation and video production
- You love fashion and have a good knowledge of fashion trends and cycles
- You have excellent written & verbal communication skills
- You thrive in matrix environments and are adept at building relationships with different stakeholders and customers
