Singapore CREDIT COUNSELLING SINGAPORE Full time

Credit Counselling Singapore (CCS) is a registered charity and a Social Service Agency. We assist individuals and business owners address their unsecured debt problem; help them to understand their financial situation and facilitate a debt repayment arrangement with their creditors, if appropriate. We have the following vacancy.

Working Location: 51 Cuppage Road (Behind Centrepoint Shopping Centre).

**IT Infrastructure Executive
**Job Responsibilities and Duties**

Support and value-add to the organization’s IT strategy and activities to meet the company’s objectives and operations.

2. Monitor equipment health daily, which includes but not limited to disk space, CPU, and memory utilization.

3. Provide desktop support to end users.

4. Managed outsourced cloud service provider, maintaining SLAs, server/appliance uptime.

5. Liaise with vendors for maintenance, support, and problem resolution.

6. Participate in business and IT projects, providing advice to company on IT infrastructure best practices, and contributing to the projects in the infrastructure space.

7. Procure and dispose assets.

8. Create/maintain documentations on procedures, guidelines, and standards.

9. Willingness to work on staggered working hours (latest ending at 7.45pm on weekdays) and to provide standby support on Saturdays (typically remote standby for an hour, rarely onsite standby for 4hrs). The IT team is rostered to provide such support.

10. Any other jobs and duties as and when assigned

**Job Pre-Requisites**

**Technical Competencies**
- Good knowledge in HyperV, VLAN, Windows networking, Active Directory, Microsoft Azure, VPN, Microsoft 365 Exchange.
- Good to have: Some knowledge in IT security, firewall/router/switches configuration and domain authentication.

**Core Competencies**
- A good team player with ability to work with all levels of staff.
- Ability to deal with changing priorities, multi-tasks, perform under pressure.

**Preferred achievements/characteristics**

IT-related diploma or bachelor’s degree with more than 3 years of desktop and network support experience.
