Workday Functional Lead

This is an 8 months contract assigned to one of our client

Work Location: To be confirmed during interview

Salary Range : $8,000-$10,000

As Workday Functional Lead, your primary responsibilities may include:

- Lead or support the Recruiting workstream on a Workday implementation project.
- Work with client to support the new requirements for Recruiting.
- Creating and Updating Workday configurations based on requirement changes
- Provide support for Legal and regulatory reports in Workday
- Manage small on and off-shore functional teams
- Identify strategies, risks, and options, recommend approaches and mitigations to

meet client/functional requirements
- Architect Workday Recruiting solutions to ensure that all work streams are cohesive

and cross functional impacts are considered and mitigated
- Advise clients on industry standards and leading practices.
- Demonstrate design options through the use of prototyping.
- Provide the Project Manager with status updates and keep them apprised of overall

project status.
- Demonstrate strong client and stakeholder management to achieve project objectives

Qualifications:

- Existing and up to date Workday Partner Certification
- Minimum of 3 cycles of Workday Recruiting module implementation (MUST)
- Experience in leading Workday implementation for more than 2 Functional modules
- Workday certification in Recruiting module. (MUST)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
