Covering wafer sort, Final Test and Burn-In at OSAT
- Establish maverick lot on hold criteria with BU.
- Assessing and disposing maverick lot when limits are triggered.
- Drive maverick lot on hold improvement program
- Drive excursion case or major quality/delivery issue
- HVM test program and test hardware readiness checkout at OSAT
- Drive sort/test operation stability at OSAT
- Wafer/Final Test program coverage optimization
- Contribute to Testability Requirements with the Design Team and Foundry to Influence Design for Test
- Signs off on NPI transition to HVM

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor/Master Degree in Electronic Engineering
- Minimum 5/6 years working experience in high volume semiconductor test
- Strong understanding and experience in silicon sort and test manufacturing
- Experience in ATE tester, e.g: V93K, T2K and J750
- Experience in Synopsys Yield Explorer will be an advantage
- Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills and able to interface/communicate effectively with all levels, business units and OSATs
