**Requirements**:
1) Specialist Diploma in or relevant recognized certificate in BIM (structure and/or architecture).

2) Minimum 4 years of BIM Modelling and/or Digital Management experience.

3) Capable of carrying out and coordinating the BIM process.

4) Knowledge of relevant regulations and authority submissions.

5) Familiar with the latest authority submission process and digital requirements.

6) Capable of working independently and carrying out project/BIM assignments under mínimal supervision.

7) Keen to lead and manage BIM and Digital development.

8) Capable of participating in BIM meetings independently and BIM coordination in Projects.

9) Interested to work in a team and focus on delivery.

10) Good communication skills.

**Job Description**:
1) Participate in BIM implementation, standards, modelling workflow and methodology.

2) Provide input to the BIM Execution Plan.

3) Manage the process of exchange and coordination of the BIM model with peers and project stakeholders.

4) Good engineering knowledge

5) Prepare detailed design drawings and monitor the drawing production.

6) Participate in the BIM process.

7) Maintain the BIM protocol for the projects where required.

8) Prepare and carry out authority submission of drawings and documents.

9) Assists Professional Engineer or Senior Engineers with analysis of information, production of drafting documentation, tender documents and proposals.

10) Actively pursues the opportunity to develop drafting skills and participate enthusiastically in the development of company BIM/digital standard.
