**Roles & Responsibilities**

**Job Requirements**
- Manage, support and supervise all aspects of asset creation, including: modelling, texturing, character & creature development and rigging.
- Lead, guide, mentor, communicate and demonstrate or illustrate the right visual process to the team in a professional and friendly manner.
- Lead the modelling, texturing and rigging team for final submission to QC
- Must be able to prioritize task to meet the schedule and tight deadlines
- Must monitor the team schedule to ensure tasks are met on-time on-target
- Must have a positive approach in managing the team
- Must be organized in handling multiple projects.
- Must review and ensure all Asset submissions have passed QC
- Produce weekly updated report of the team
- Brainstorm with the layout and scene department to provide assets in line with blocking and animation requirements.
- Must have strong knowledge of figure anatomy and the underlying biomechanics structure of a variety of characters
- Good understanding of polygonal mesh flow and how it relates to deformation
- Good sculpting/modelling skills with the ability to translate 2D concept expression sheets into 3D blend shape targets
- Good aesthetic sense to sculpt appealing blend shape targets when concept expression sheets are not provided
- Must know how to create Asset documentation
**Key Skill Sets**
- Must be an experienced user of editing software like Adobe Photoshop, Autodesk Maya, Adobe Premier, Blender, Substance Painter, Zbrush and more
- Must have an understanding in animation, drawing, rigging skills
- Must know how to use Excel or Google Sheet

“Dinosaur Train” is a 6 time Emmy nominated series that has consistently been ranked as one of the top preschool shows on PBS USA.

“Jack” was nominated for the 2012 G´emeaux Awards for “Best Animated Program or Series and “Best Animated Program or Series” for the 2013 Canadian Screen Awards. In 2013, “Jack” won a prestigious Award of Excellence for “Best Television Program, Animation Category”, at the 2013 Youth Media Alliance Gala.

“One Stormy Night” was nominated for the “Best 3D Animated Programme” award at the 2012 Asia Television Awards.

A service project, “Bill and Tony” won the "Best 3D Animated Programme/Series" award as well as the "Best Children's Animated Programme or Series" award at the Asian Academy Creative Awards in 2018.
