(Chef De Partie - Job Description)
- Ensuring compliance to rules and regulations set by the Singapore Food Agency (SFA).
- Takes care of daily food preparation and duties assigned by the Head/Sous Chef.
- Estimating daily production needs and checking of the quality of raw food before food preparation.
- Coordinates daily tasks with the supervising officer. Allocation of task to the Commis Chef/Kitchen Porter.
- Responsible to supervise Commis Chef/Kitchen Porter.
- Ensuring that the team follows good preservation and proper food handling standards and temperatures at all times.
- Guides and trains the subordinates on a daily basis.
- Operates and maintain all kitchen equipment, reporting of any malfunctioning.
- Assist the Head/ Sous Chef in the menu creation.
- Daily feedback collection and reporting of issues to Head/Sous Chef as they arise.

- Taking inventory of kitchen supplies and notifying the supervising officer of low or depleted ingredient supplies.
- Checking of all ingredients expiry date and discard all expired and spoiled food items stored in the chillers and freezers.
- Plating and presenting meal items as per the supervising officer's instructions.
- Assist with all food preparation at various station.
- Reports to supervising officer on any return dishes for service recovery and rectification.

Pay: $2,200.00 - $3,500.00 per month
