**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Promote sales of equipment connectivity software products and services to achieve allocated sales targets
- Work with customers and principals in sales activities like technical presentation, quotation, specification confirmation, negotiation and commissioning
- Learn the technical details concerning how the software works and what problems it solves for the customers
- Create new sales and marketing strategies that target B2B customers and positions our products as the best solutions for prospective customers
- Manage customer relations by soliciting and logging client feedback and evaluating the data we receive through digital channels
- Identify areas where we can improve customer satisfaction and repeat business, then communicate those issues and possible solutions to upper management
- Understanding of market, industries, competitive landscape & products and develop effective pricing and solutions to win over accounts.
- Set and achieve sales goals and quotas on a monthly and quarterly basis
- Previous sales experience required
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Knowledge of Electronics Manufacturing processes, Semiconductor back-end and SMT equipment
- Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Engineering or other technology related field like Electronics or Mechanical Engineering
- Experience with manufacturing software based on SEMI protocols to interface with Front-end, Back-end and SMT equipment
- Good interpersonal skills, strong oral and written communication skills, and good organizational skills for effectively communicating the technical specifications to the customers.
- In-depth knowledge of the semiconductor, electronics assembly industry and its automation trends
- Understanding of Sales and Marketing concepts and practices
- Attention to detail
- Excellent time management and organization
**Education and Experience**:
- 2 years of experience in manufacturing; 1 years minimum of related enterprise software experience preferred
- A proven ability to present at the level with OEMs and ODM’s
- A successful track record of meeting and exceeding goals
- Ability to achieve results while working independently
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $2,601.66 - $8,898.73 per month
