Singapore HAPPY HAPPY FOODS PTE. LTD. Full time

Ensuring the Singapore and Australia business accounts are reconciled on a daily basis
- Managing the processing and payment of bills in a fortnightly or as needs basis
- Reconciling and providing regular Accounts Receivable reports to the operations team
- Prepare GST returns for our Singapore entity.
- Calculating and tracking the unit cost of all shipments
- Processing payroll for the Australian and Singapore Businesses.
- Prepare monthly management reports for the Directors
- Ensure the accounts and record keeping is compliant.
- Maintaining all compliance requirements including IRAS requirements, Business Activity Statements and Australia Payroll Requirements including Superannuation, Workcover etc.

**Requirements**:

- Qualified Singaporean Accountant / bookkeeper
- Minimum 5 years experience.
- Ideally an understanding of Singaporean and Australia GST Systems
- Experience in preparing management reports

**Workplace**

Initially this will be a work from home role with the possibility of moving to a hybrid position at some point in the future. You will still be required to attend meetings from time to time.

You will be a suitably qualified and experienced accountant/bookkeeper who is has worked with Xero and has a strong understanding of operational accounting. Experience with product costing and management reporting would be highly regarded. Experience with Australian accounts and Business Activity Statement preparation would be helpful.
