**Key Responsibilities**:
Project Management
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans and schedules, tracking progress to ensure on-time delivery.
- Identify and manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies.Oversee resource allocation, ensuring project tasks are appropriately assigned.

Stakeholder Management
- Liaise with business stakeholders, clients, and cross-functional teams to understand requirements.
- Act as the main point of contact between technical teams and business users.Ensure clear and consistent communication with clients regarding project status, challenges, and deliverables.

Team Leadership
- Manage and mentor development teams, including Java developers, FileNet specialists, and other technical resources.
- Promote a collaborative team environment, ensuring that all team members are working efficiently.Conduct regular team meetings, providing status updates and reviewing project milestones.

Quality and Risk Management
- Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards and align with the project scope.
- Implement effective testing strategies and review processes.Identify risks related to project timelines, resources, or technical issues and proactively address them.

Budget and Resource Management
- Manage project budgets and ensure efficient use of resources.Track and report on the financial performance of the project.

Process Improvement
- Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance productivity, quality, and delivery times.Drive the adoption of best practices in software development, agile methodologies, and ECM implementations.

**Qualifications**:
**Education**:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in managing end-to-end software development projects in an agile environment.
- Hands-on experience with FileNet administration, configuration, and integration.Experience with tools like JIRA, MS Project, or similar project management software.

**Skills**:

- Strong understanding of Java technologies (J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, etc.) and software development lifecycle.
- In-depth knowledge of FileNet P8, Content Manager, and other ECM solutions.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Certifications:

- PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certification is preferred.FileNet certification or experience with other ECM systems is a plus.
