HEAD CHEF - In charge of all chefs including the desserts section in front end. Manage the staff rostering, quality of food and the cost control. Also on the spot orders to manage the team and assign them according to their strengths to enable a smooth flow of orders.

To source for alternative suppliers, try out their products and look for any ways of cost control and food wastage.

Manage the welfare of staff and to report to management on a daily basis to update on customer reviews and anything to do with the food section.

Creation of new recipes and dishes on a regular basis and to trial test run with managment for decisions on implementation of new dishes.

Manage and overall check that all crucial sections of thekitchen are running smoothly e.g stock inventory and updates. Cleanliness factor of each station and check and alter wrong hygiene procedures.
