Wealth offers clients a broad array of investment services from execution, advisory to discretionary portfolio management (“DPM”).
**As part of the Wealth Product Governance team, you will**:

- Participate in the product approval process in establishing the allowable product parameters and required operations processes.
- Establish system controls and surveillance framework to detect potential breach, and to perform post-trade surveillance of transacted products.
- Establish dashboard to monitor product performance, and to provide regular reporting to senior management.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Banking, Finance, Accountancy or a related discipline
- About 7-10 years of relevant experience in investment products
- Strong risk and control mindset and solid grounding in risk management concepts and methodologies
- Self-starter with the drive to spearhead and follow through on process improvements
- Highly analytical with an eye for detail
- Professional qualification in CFA, CAIA, CFP would be an advantage
