DESIGNATION : KidSTART Lead Practitioner

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure programme fidelity to service delivery and practice standards
- Monitor, evaluate and review the KidSTART programme implementation and identify areas of improvement
- Oversee workflows and processes to facilitate service delivery and ensure proper documentation
- Ensure that KSPs attain required competencies
- Provide supervision of staff

QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree in Early childhood, Psychology, Nursing, Social Work, Counselling or equivalent

OTHER INFORMATION

**Relevant Experience**
- At least 4-6 years of experience in the early childhood development or social service sector (including supervisory experience)

- People-oriented and good interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Excellent oral and written communications skills
- Committed and can-do attitude
