**Main Duties & Responsibilities**

We are looking for a dynamic **Supply Chain Executive** to join our team In this role, you'll take ownership of the entire supply chain process, from sourcing to delivery, ensuring seamless and cost-efficient operations. You'll work closely with suppliers, manage inventory, and fulfill customer demands, all while driving continuous improvement.

Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, you will play a key role in keeping our supply chain running smoothly and efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Purchasing & Supplier Management**: Source and procure equipment and consumable products, ensuring the right quantities are ordered at the best possible pricing. Negotiate shipment terms with suppliers, vendors, and freight forwarders to guarantee timely and cost-effective delivery.
- **Inventory & Shipment Coordination**: Plan and schedule incoming shipments, and oversee the physical receipt and organization of sample products. Maintain accurate inventory records and streamline collection processes.
- **Order Processing & Compliance**: Process and input orders, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies. Manage supplier documentation and initiate the payment process.
- **Logistics & Customer Orders**: Work with logistics providers to coordinate both incoming and outgoing shipments. Handle sales orders, billing, and inventory reconciliation for consignment stock.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor and track inventory transactions in the ERP system, conduct monthly stock reconciliations, and maintain accurate inventory records.
- **Customer Support & Documentation**: Manage customer orders, including sales order generation, invoicing, and resolving discrepancies. Maintain and provide accurate shipping records and documents.
- **Data Management**: Ensure all critical data, such as pricing, customer/vendor information, and product details, are up to date in the ERP system.
- **Strategy & Performance**: Collaborate on developing supply chain strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Monitor supply chain performance metrics and report to management.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Take initiative to identify opportunities for cost-saving and process improvements, while ensuring the highest standards of operational excellence.
- Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, or Operations Management
- **3+ years' experience** in end-to-end supply chain management, preferably in the medical device / equipment industry
- Strong knowledge of export documentation and letter of credit payment processes
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (Oracle or SAP)
- Excellent analytical skills with high attention to detail
- Adaptable and agile when managing urgent orders
- Proactive and solution-oriented, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration
- Strong interpersonal skills to engage with internal and external stakeholders
