**CAREER SUMMARY**

Global Software Development (GSD) is carried out by teams of knowledge workers located in various parts of the globe developing commercially viable software for a company. Often, centralized software development is moved from

“home” locations to dispersed teams or/and external organizations in remote locations.

**TECHNICAL SKILL**

❖ Min 2-3 years of hands-on support for IT Services.

❖ Expert knowledge in Microsoft products, Cisco collaboration tools, HP copier and computers.

❖ Experience in creating, understanding and following technical documentation, routines and processes.

❖ Experience in project and vendor management will be a plus.

**PERSONAL SKILL**

❖ Good analytical, investigational and troubleshooting skills.

❖ Have the skills to manage stakeholders.

❖ Multitasking, having the ability to perform several tasks at the same time.

❖ Madrid speaking is required.

**COMMITMENT AND DRIVE**

❖ Business-focused.

❖ Self-motivated and drive issues independently.

❖ Taking responsibility to keep updated and informed about GSD information.

❖ Results-oriented & concluding work ethic to always deliver on-time, on-scope and on-budget

One year contract and renewal multi year.

Pay: $2,727.17 - $5,376.32 per month
