Learn and understand about the Brands/Products that are under the purview of the company, especially sealant, aluminum windows & doors hardware and systems.
- Understand customers' enquiries and follow through to close sales effectively. Submit weekly report and discuss with Regional Sales Manager.
- Provide customer service and project management service to customers.
- Understand project timeline and liaise extensively with Purchasing department to provide product lead time to the customers.
- Influence stakeholders’ decisions to win the job by proposing win-win solutions with the technical team’s support.
- Conduct sales presentation and product demonstration to owners, consultants, architects, and customers.
- Assist in new client enquiries and proposal preparation, seek to expand customer base that fits company business model.
- Collect information and feedback on market trends and competitors to management for the betterment of the company.
- Liaise with the supplier or HQ technical teams to source for the most suitable proposal to address customers' concerns and needs
- Ensure all marketing collateral are up to date and specified by Management.
- Achieve KPI set by the Company.
- Assist in all seminars, webinars and trade exhibitions.
- Provide added value to the administrative capabilities of the Company.
- Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Regional Sales Manager.
**Requirements**:
- Degree holder, preferably in Business, Psychology or Engineering
- Compulsory to have minimum 2 years of sales experience.
- Computer literate and familiar with basic computer programs
- Able to converse in English confidently.
- Good interpersonal skills to influence customers' decisions in tactful ways
- Hardworking and motivated to learn. Resourceful, adaptive, goal-oriented, independent and team-player.
- Plus to know AutoCAD and understand understand technical drawings.
